At The Cup Hockey Cards, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and securely, no matter where you are in the world. Please read our shipping policy for details on processing times, delivery options, and international shipping.

1. Shipping Locations

We are based in Canada and offer worldwide shipping to most countries. Some restrictions may apply due to local regulations or carrier limitations.

2. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • The destination of the order.

  • The size and weight of the package.

  • The shipping method selected.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Canada: 3–10 business days

  • United States: 5–15 business days

  • International: 10–30 business days

 

Delivery times may vary based on the destination country and carrier. Delays caused by customs, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee at checkout. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

Tracking is available for orders over $100.00 only, we will show proof of shipping for you by email for all orders under the amount required for tracking.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to pay customs fees, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us.
